WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT? IS IT CASH ONLY?

We wanted to make it easy and convenient for our customers to shop with us, so we made sure we could accept as many payment types as possible.

We accept the following payments:

We use Square for everything except for our cash payments. Square is a secure and well known provider many businesses use. Square offers portable card readers that are reliable, secure, and they never store your card information. You will then get a digital receipt sent to your mobile number or email address, to keep for your records. It's quick, easy, and secure! 

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES ON USED PARTS PURCHASED?

Brooks Auto Wreckers & Towing LLC warrants to the purchaser that all used parts are tested and functional before purchase. If a part is found to be defective within 30 days from date of purchase, Brooks Auto Wreckers & Towing LLC shall at our discretion, provide either a replacement or a refund if we deem the item was defective. See our returns and / or terms and conditions for more information on returns or replacments.

HOW MUCH DO YOU PAY FOR JUNK CARS? WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO SELL MY CAR TO YOU GUYS? DO I NEED THE TITLE? WHATS THE FASTEST WAY TO GET A PRICE FOR MY CAR?

You can fill out the form we created to get a quick and easy quote! The price we pay for junk vehicles differs depending on the vehicle, scrap price, if you need it hauled away / the location, and if it is complete or missing items. We pay based on scrap prices, and weight of the vehicle. If you need the vehicle hauled away we ask for the location to deduct our time and fuel costs from the amount we would pay you. If the vehicle is missing any of the required items then we would also deduct that from the total as well.

Vehicles must be complete and have:

  • Title

  • Wheels

  • Tires

  • Battery

  • Catalytic Converters 

Yes, as stated above the title is required in order for us to purchase the vehicle. If you can not locate the title you can request for a duplicate title. To request a duplicate title you can do it either by mail or in person at your local DMV office. For more information on this click this HERE.

The fastest way to get a price for your junk vehicle is to reach out to us via phone call. You can speak with someone directly during our normal business hours to get your junk price quote, or to set up a time for us to come and haul away your junk vehicle!

We use the Square Card Readers for all of our non-cash sales. Our Square card readers and Tap to Pay readers are secure, and they never store your information. We wanted to ensure we could accept as many payment methods as possible, to make your purchase experience easier and more convenient no matter what payment method you prefer!

CAN YOU BUY USED PARTS FOR ME THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK AT THE MOMENT SO I CAN PURCHASE THEM ONCE THEY COME IN?

Yes! We do our best to make your used parts search easy and stress free. If we do not have the used part(s) you're looking for we will try to locate them for you, and get them in as soon as we can. A 50% cash deposit is required when parts must be special-ordered from another source or when special dismantling is required. Deposits are not refundable regardless of reason, and are forfeited if the balance is not paid in full within 30 days of the date of the original invoice for the custom order. If the custom order is for a large amount, we do require the total price to be paid up front.


There may be some instances where we can not locate the parts needed. 

DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS ON USED PARTS PURCHASED WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME-FRAME?

All used parts are tested by Brooks Auto Wreckers & Towing staff and are functional before purchase. We offer returns or replacements on eligible used parts that are defective (at our discretion) within 30 days from date of purchase. We may ask for proof and / or have one of our mechanics look at the item. If the item is a high valued item such as an engine, we will ask for you to keep the engine intact so a mechanic can verify the issue / reason for the part not working. If we feel the part was tampered with or installed incorrectly we will not honor a return or replacement. These guidelines correlate with our limited-warranties offered on non-electronics parts, and non-custom orders. ELECTRONICS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. WE TEST ALL OF OUR ELECTRONICS BEFORE WE INVENTORY THEM AND BEFORE THEY ARE PURCHASED.

CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
